In DUBAI, companies can be formed in three jurisdictions
The UAE Federal law stipulates that unless a business is setup in Dubai within one of the free trade-zones where 100% foreign ownership is permitted, a total local equity of not less than 51% in any commercial company shall be owned by a local business partner. It also defines seven categories of business organizations that may be formed.
