Free Zone Incorporation

In the last few years, many Free Zones have emerged throughout the UAE with much success. Free Zone Authorities typically offer different types of legal entities depending on the nature of the activity to be carried out, including Commercial, Industrial or Professional, depending also on whether the entity is wholly owned by one person (Free Zone Establishment) or to be owned by two or more persons (Free Zone Company). It is also possible to incorporate a branch of an existing local or foreign company in a Free Zone.

There are at least fifteen plus Free zones in the Dubai. The oldest and the most popular FREE ZONE is the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). Free Zone is suitable for manufacturing and/or sell outside U.A.E. or sell in U.A.E. through an Agent, individual or company having a valid license.
